Indy/Thunder do have axle heights listed somewhere but I’m hungry and I’m going to make some food.

Nice work @Mike

I’m sure I’ve heard that thunder are all the same height now. I think Frank Gerwer said it on the 9 club once.

Somebody in a skateshop should make a chart with most trucks available and the deck width they’re made for, kinda like this:

Someone on an Australian facebook group did this useful graphic:

That’s useful!
For me, Krux and Slappy have the simplest and easiest system. Got an 8.25 deck? Get 8.25 trucks. No need to think about it.

The stupidest system might be Ace and the fact that their two trucks, the classic and the AF1 use the same numbers, but for different widths…

What is the reason for using anything but axle width?!?

They may as well use days of the week, or fluid ounces

I measure my trucks in the Egyptian cubit.

I hold it against my board, crazy I know.

Don’t buy trucks online unless it’s a repeat of what you know.

i run indy 129 with an 8" board which is completely wrong, but 139 don’t feel right to me.
i felt like a village pariah until i read Cory Kennedy does it too.

Suicide bolts for the 2020’s.

Plastic thingamajigs to stick on your board - just had to be related to Powell somehow.

If you really thought that was a good idea, you should be forced to diy a solution, not buy one.

Made me think of rip-grip! Which people used to put under the grip to achieve a similar result. Remember people putting rip grip under the grip on the nose for a squishy grab?

Yes, I’m afraid I do though I never succumbed to the fad. I did, however, cut out a square piece of grip where my thumb would be on melon grabs and substitute a piece of rip-grip because I was using Madrid flypaper at the time and my thumb would have been worn to the bone in no time.

Didn’t do those Powell heel bone tail enhancers either. Clever marketing on their part though. We have a surplus of tail savers, what shall we do? Convince grommets that ratnutting one to the top of their decks will do something something.

If Chico can nollie heel a 2X4 then it’s clear we don’t need these!
