managed to find another 7.75, who knows how long i can keep finding them really. what’s snakes site?
Rollersnakes. Just looked, smallest Toy is 8.
Found another 7.75. What’s p2?
Fibre glass layer . Makes it last longer . I only rode p2’s till I got hold of Powell flight decks .
I’m heavy footed . These last 4-6 weeks for me compared to 1 a week beforehand.
1 a week??? Jesus
Yeah my record was 14 boards in 14 weeks. Ask spanky he had the delight of seeing this every week .
It’s true, Chopper’s a proper unit and comes down hard
Dude, speak to someone at the distro. There should be someone knowledgeable there who knows the woodshops and the shapes. Friend of mine used to work in sales at HSC, he knew the concaves and shape codes for every board.
Mine’s a Girl G032 if you’re asking.
Gordon Bennet that is a lot!
@Chopper that is insane. I remember getting into jumping down things when I was younger and the most I ever got through was about four in a month, I was devestated to be spending that much
@Mark I got an answer from tum yeto that they think their 7.75 team decks all use the same shape. I don’t think that’s true because I’ve had a few different toy machines. Who distributes tum yeto stuff in Europe?
@Chopper are you hairy?
I hadn’t long started back after an 8 year hiatus and just wasn’t landing bolts but still trying to stomp the trick.
Halfcab flips and tre’s were the board killers .
Damn man, on flat ground?
I was going to ask what you were skating to get through boards like that.
But flat ground? ha ha, you really wanted to land those tricks.
My only Alien board, think it was a Kalis, I bought it, set it up and went to Storm skatepark.
Just pottering about and getting used to it I did a fakie flip and managed to snap the nose upon landing.
Not just cracks, a clean snap.
I was gutted.
I’d traveled from a bit of a distance with friends and within 5 minutes my skate was over while I had to just watch everyone else.
Lol jesus
Did a similar thing with a Blueprint board.
I’d been looking at it for a while before I could buy it.
Bought, set up, went skating.
Skating to the spot was a well known route and it felt really nice.
Got to the spot with a knee high drop, tried a frontside flip pretty early on and it went.
The board had an outline of a light bulb in blue on an orange background.
The shape was really nice.
Yeah had that a few times , think half hour was shortest time, luckily i could jump on the tube and head to slam/brixtons baddest .
Would be gutted if I couldn’t get one on the day.
noseslides and mini ramps?
