Looks like it could be a drop off into a canal.

It looks like it could have your leg off.
No offence to anyone who rides these unusual shaped boards, but I just don’t get it. I guess they’re fun or whatever, but the utilitarian shape seems to be the more functional to me. I see them as being a bit of a novelty. Like fashion over function. That’s not a bad thing, but just not my thing.
But I’m just a bitter old man who’s stuck in his ways, I guess.
I thought thats who shaped boards were for? Haha.
Kind of reminds me of the older boards too.
First one that came to mind was the Schmitt Stix RipSaw sort of thing.
None taken @chasone I’m also a bitter old man that’s stuck in his ways. And my ways are the ways of the 1980s, hence the large, shaped boards.
I just never got comfortable on the ‘conventional’ decks. I’ve got/had a couple of larger popsicle decks - ranging between 8.75 and the Heroin Bigger Egg at 10 - but just seem to prefer the squarer tails and wider shapes.
But then apart from heelflip variations and a shit load of no complies I’m not really doing anything ‘technical’.
Each to their own I guess…
I can see that. It reminded me of the Psycho Stick… loved that board
Kinda agree, but also, I love a slightly squared off tail and maybe the nose too.
Cool. Maybe I’m not THAT old then!

I never noticed the Psycho Stick reference, but now you mention it, that’s kinda cool. My friend had one of those. I was on a Schmitt Stix Andy Howell at the time, so maybe I’ve always been more into the more conventional shaped board.
I’m all for the diversity too. The more the merrier!

New board at home to set up, will post a picture when it’s set up,
