iām halfway through his audibook (allowed for biographies) and its great.
its like heās personally telling you his life story rather than just reading his book to you, if that makes sense.

Iāve got Cruising and Glengarry Glenross on the list next, so will check out The Insider too, as I definitely havenāt seen that. Also heard Scarecrow is an underrated gem.

Bought a coen brothers collection. Some good some ok, but the best so far is Blood Simple. Itās pretty old, seen it before but itās top quality

Saw The Substance last night.
Fucking hell, definitely not one for the squeamish
love a good body horror. my brother in law saw the substance and said it was one of the best in years. iāll probably wait to be able to watch it at home tbh but the trailers look awessssome
Yeah I thought it was great. I went in relatively blind, Iād read an interview with Demi Moore but I hadnāt seen the trailer. My friend who I was with also thought we were watching The Outrun with Saoisie Roman for some reason, which is a very different film, so was not happy when it all kicked off.
I heard someone on the row in front of me gag at one point haha.
I reckon Demi Moore will be in the best actress conversation for this.

Those eating scenes at the start were fucking honking, worst bit of the film
Bird is best film the year, seems to be on hardly anywhere due to all the big releases but urge everyone to try and see it. Really, really beautiful film
The Substance was entertaining but thought it was going to have more to say on the subjects it touched on
I absolutely loved Heretic.
I donāt have the time to watch it again in the cinema (thanks kids), so Iām looking forward to the DVD/Blu Ray release.
Heretic was great for the first half then totally fell apart. Hugh Grant killed it throughout though
We went to see gladiator 2 last night, load of shite. Iām going to have to watch the original again as a pallete cleanser.
Saw an extended advert and it looked so shit. Sad that Denzel got onboard with it
The Wild Robot lives up to the hype.
