Scream 7 was not good.
Iâm a big Scream fan, and after 5 turned out to be really good and 6 also better than expected I had high hopes for them continuing the run with this. Nope.
The writing was awful (same writer as the original so I guess he just forgot how to write over the last 30 years), but I could probably ignore that if it was exciting, but the whole thing was just DULL.
Worst of all, the finally brought back the one character who Iâve wanted to see returning for like 20 years, and then they gave them absolutely nothing to do. Justice for Matthew Lillard, you deserved better.

Watched the Secret Agent last night. Fantastic Brazilian bizzaro crime mystery. 2 hours 40 but didnât feel it. Wagner Moura is brilliant in it.
Itâs incredibly brutal - but also a bit of a tour de force for the main two characters.
I was really hesitant going into it. I wasnât put off by the tone change right at the end of 28 Years, but I did think it might be a bit of a tightrope walk to get it right.
I thought the end result was amazing and honestlyâŚevery bit as good as 28 Days Later, if not better.
Although 28 Day Later will always be held in a special place for me.

Love Iron Maiden and didnât know that was going to happen
I thought the whole friendship with Fiennes character and the Samson guy was really good
