The £20/€22 Disney+ charge pretty much works out the same as a cinema visit for 2 adults and a kid. Will probably see it in the cinema as I’m generally a sucker for comic book films. Still can’t help thinking that this should’ve been released after Age of Ultron or Civil War though - no idea how that would fit into the story in Black Widow.
Me too. Love anything with Dudley Moore.
It definitely feels 5 years too late. That was one of the main issues of it for me (other than some dodgy cgi), that if you’ve seen endgame you know that she eventually dies. And because this film is set in the past, it removes any element of danger from the fight scenes
This is the same issue I had with Solo. But I did also think that it was a pointless turd of a film.
Not sure if ABP but just watched Sound of Metal (yes, do) and Stowaway (no, don’t)…
Watched Old today.
Genuinely can’t tell if it was great or terrible
Jungle cruise was well good.
I would recommend it for a Sunday hungover film.
Watched Promising Young Woman and thought it was great although it made me bummed to be a man in general
Yeah it was good, the ending was brilliant.
I still haven’t seen it yet, but I know it will be great so I just bought the Blu Ray.
Yeah it’s really good. But I genuinely wanted to go out and beat up a Harvey Weinstein afterwards. Made me look at my daughters and worry for them.
Went to see the suicide squad and it was actually good in a stupidly fun over the top way.
If you need some mindless fun distraction for a couple of hour this is the one.
Especially for Margot Robbie . Just whips ass in the hottest way.
Better than the first one? Which I didn’t like.
Completely different, first one was toilet and couldn’t stand Jarrod at all.
This was like watching an episode of “the boys “ but With DC characters
Same writer / director as GOTG 1 & 2. Is it supposed to follow on from the rest of the DC movies, or this a complete reboot?
It’s not a reboot, it’s a follow on but a new suicide squad for a new mission, with Harley and Rick flag.
Yeah saw it this afternoon, thought it was great.
I love the original ending, no idea why people became so fascinated with the alternative.
I’m pretty pissed off with A24’s handling of The Green Knight.
I just want to fucking see the film and support them. “Streaming everywhere” as they put it on their social channels is a bit much… when it’s only viewable in US cinemas and US streaming platforms.
Especially as it’s a film shot in the UK, based on a British story.
Is it not getting a cinematic release at all now?
