We had that discussion, he was good.

Yeah I know, I just find it interesting which players are branded ā€˜good’ or ā€˜bad’ at that club. They practically hound certain guys out while giving other non performers no grief at all.

Premier League squad

Man these two are really desperate for some more financial security

:man_facepalming:

Jose - ā€œI don’t want to be sticking on this. No stories about ā€˜Spursy’ and this kind of thing. We just need to defend better from set-pieces.ā€

the fact that he, the manager, is having to refute the performance as being ā€œspursyā€ is the most spursy thing i could imagine and i love it

This fightback from Real must be worth watching!

I absolutely hate everything about Erik Lamela

Ha ha he does a job for the team and given his injury problems in the past he’s probably had to change his role and well this is it now..

Haaland was born in Leeds.

wtf

Just caught up last night on the CL matches. Can’t work out how City got that penalty after Gundugan’s foul on the Porto keeper in the build-up. Fucked.

Suarez has played twice against Bayern Munchen in the past few months and lost twice with his teams conceding 12 goals in total.

Rashford is amazing.

Roofe’s goal last night for Rangers against Standard Leige was proper Roy of the Rovers stuff.

IIRC they switched showing the Friday night games to Monday nights last season. I might be wrong mind.

bit of a piss take really isn’t it. i cannot believe this isn’t a bigger deal in the press. i know there’s obviously more important things going on but what the fuck

Lots of people are giving the same money to various charities right?

Pre COVID I meant. I’m sort of in the middle somewhere with it. I understand if they want to charge, but I think it could of been done much better at a much cheaper rate. If it was Ā£14.95 for the whole weekend of box office games I could understand.

A neighbour here has the full bells and whistles Sky TV package which costs him €140 per month, on top of phone and broadband, which is more expensive as there’s only a couple of virtual carriers compared to the UK. Pretty sure he’ll dump it and go online only, once he works out how to do all that as he’s 70+. Can’t fathom why people would willingly pay that much to watch TV each month.

It’s a bit ridiculous how many are PPV.
Hopefully enough people will vote with their wallet, it is the only way TV/Premier League will take notice.

Vipleague all weekend it is then, are there any on normal Sky Sports?
I paid for Toon Man United and fell asleep after an hour. Luckily they at least record it for you.
