Do you watch The Kick Off with True Geordie? Not sure why I watch their stuff as it’s a Newcastle fan and Liverpool fan that run it, haha. They touch on the pay per view at about 4mins in here. I think the whole thing sums up whats going on at the min with it and Project Big Picture too for the ‘smaller’ clubs. Madness.
This is where I am on the fence. Trying not to be a “sky drone” cause of work. But compared to pre covid they aren’t showing any less on the normal channels than ever. The big games/teams will unfortunately be on those normal channels more because that’s how it always has been. Sky/BT are just facilitating the box office thing as the moneys meant to be going to the clubs.
Oh 100% I get it and I agree. I think I am just trying to say paying for box office games has no real correlation to paying for sky sports/bt sport in the first place, as it’s just being facilitated by these company’s. 100% agree that someone could of stumped up the dosh.
I hear what you’re saying. But my point being it’s not Sky or BT who are doing the ripping off. The PL made the decision and the broadcasters are just facilitating it. It doesn’t help that they essentially gave it away for free for 6 months prior.
Like I said earlier a weekend pass would of been the smart thing to do…
If it makes you feel good @anon83623327 there’ll be a contingent of Villa fans tonight crying themselves to sleep because they genuinely believed we would win the league because of four games
Based on pre covid yeah. The viewer hasn’t lost anything apart from the games that wouldn’t of been on tele anyway. That’s sort of my point. Like I say I understand a charge. But it should of been a lot less
Bamford is an absolute shithouse, that dive was criminal. But no way Mings should of reacted as he did. 100% could of walked for it. Really not a fan of Tyrone… for Bamford to then go on to score 2 more is unreal. Leeds play beautiful football.
To be fair he has been mostly good this season, fairly early days still but I was thinking of last season overall and his career in general really, also the two ‘accidental’ head stamping incidents.
