A United great RIP

I think so. I recall reading years back when Terry Butcher went to Rangers that he’d get Ā£3000 per week. Probably 1988 or so.

Could be wrong, but I think a lot of that was down to his brother, acting as his agent without the relevant experience, ballsing that right up.

I’d say Kane would have had a lot of input into the contract before agreeing to it as well. He would have have had to talk it all over with his wife, ect … than just being shown into a room blindly and made to sign it without reading all the small print.

A Martinez howler vs Arsenal. Regular as clockwork.

Is it? We beat them twice last season and he was sick

Can’t stand this Arsenal side. Normally I’d rather them do well out of the usual top four but they’re a horrible team this season

Also fuck this referee

What is it about Arsenal that makes them so fucking annoying this season?

There’s just something so fucking stinking about them and I can’t quite put my finger on what that is.

Ps. Havertz is terrible

This this and this so much. They’re so unlikeable this year. I think it’s Arteta frankly. He’s such a twat

Maybe I misremembered but it seems ever since Martinez started slating his time at Arsenal he’s had a stinker against us.

Chris Kavanagh is shocking all round. Fondly remembered by us for sending Rice off for kicking the ball away on a second yellow. Conveniently didn’t bother when Kamera did it in the 91st min already in a yellow.

Absolutely honking. Lost a lot of our flair players over a few seasons or they’ve had it coached out of them. Over reliance on Saka. We’re like an American football team working our way through a match play by play. Nothing is instinctive anymore and we play for set pieces.

Admittedly it’s hard to play decent football when most teams stick 10 behind the ball for 80 minutes, we’re not all that going forward at the minute but still most teams don’t want to get out and have a go.

The standard of refereeing in general seems to be at an all time low. There’s no consistency whatsoever. I fully expected that Havertz atrocity to be given as a goal and there would’ve been no recourse. I was actually pleasantly surprised it was overruled without a ten minute VAR check

I’m convinced he tried to miss with that backheel, or at least give the goalkeeper a chance of some sort.

Wow Everton

I’m so hopeful that Spurs keep Ange. Then when he doesn’t win a trophy some cheeky journalist asks him about his promise earlier
