How is that going to work? Is he just showing the match and nothing more or is he commenting over them? Giving the half time and after match analysis? That would be worth watching to be fair, haha.
Sky have been showing the odd Bundesliga game on their Youtube channel for the last few seasons. It’s quite an innovative way of trying to drum up interest for German football in this country but not sure there is huge demand. Reading between the lines, sounds like the Bundesliga just gave their UK TV rights away rather than anyone having to pay for them.

That was a great show with a great theme tune as well. I wonder if the BBC could do a similar take on German football? If not, they should involve the guys they have on their Euro football show as that’s always a good listen.

it’s definitely a weird time for broadcasting. feels like all the broadcasters are strapped for cash and basically all in on the prem.
ligue 1 are doing their own thing after the DAZN deal collapsed. la liga isn’t on a major channel anymore. makes you wonder how long english football clubs can rely on that income
