Not a penalty. Madueke was looking to engineer something there with the tug on the defender’s arm/shoulder. Should have been more honest.
PSG penalty was far clearer.

PSG one a clear pen, Arsenal one is a FK and yellow anywhere else on the pitch.
overall poor officiating. Mosquara booked for nothing having pocketed their right side. Then needed subbing after the pen.
