My point was the bad bit was not even checking it.
Iām not saying if it was or wasnāt.
As for the merits of it being a pen or notā¦for me he was trying to buy it but didnāt need to because he was bundled down anyway. So half and half.

Arsenal can be mad at the state of the refereeing in general (it was shit for both teams) but to take penalties that badly in a champions league final they deserved to lose.

Strange, no-one played great and Arsenal lost, yet people seem to be talking about it like we just witnessed some sort of master class in European football? It was one of the worst finals ever, I have no dog in the fight, just would of liked to have seen a clean sweep of English clubs in Europe is all but hey ho.
