I think they’re shit. The anti-scooter thing is just pathetic, it could easily be something as simple as anti-Nazi graphics or something, some real threat, but grown men being threatened by - and amused by the thought of killing - little kids playing on toys feels kinda lame, like a very easy target (unless they’re aimed at 8 year-olds). They also look so much like that guy who used to post on here and did the Vice comic strip, when it was a magazine

The Jake Ovigen stuff is very distinctive and communicates the core idea well. A really good illustrator once told me that illustration is just about communicating your ideas. We’re doing a hate other wheeled sports series? Ok…scooters look a bit like gallows, I wonder if that could make a graphic? What about a guillotine that chops rollerblades not heads? They are miles ahead of that Element graphic. There’s a lot of thought required to make something that dumb.
The Death Fuck the World deck is similar, it’s supposed to be offensively bad. You don’t draw something like that to please the aesthetes!
If you don’t appreciate these graphics, that’s cool you don’t have to, but I think if someone achieves their aim the graphic is good. If it completely misses, or doesn’t even try, it’s not a graphic it’s just decoration. May as well just paint it a nice colour.
I think this is the worst Andy Roy graphic.
Could be but he was on Consolidated for years so he may well have had worse.

That one wasn’t actually consolidated but I’ve seen some awful ones from them.
His Focus and Driven decks were sick. Almost bought two of his Focus Black Flag ones the other day but passed in the end because it’s Andy Roy. Chicken at Screaming Squeegees screened them all and probably has extras if anyone wants one

I added a pic. Worst is a very loose concept so you could make up lots of justifications for why a particular graphic is the worst.
Nambla graphic is one of the worst of the 90s ironic ripoff graphics because it’s the logo for the pro-paedophilia NAMBLA organisation.
The idea behind it, I guess, is that it would be funny if kids bought it and walked out of the shop with it unknowingly.
