On the BPSW Facebook group by any chance? 
It was something like that. Those groups usual post pretty generic pictures but I thought this one was a good one. With the grainy b&w print those Brixton town houses in the background make it look like it could be the 1800s.
They usually post things they’ve screenshot from Instagram a week later, without any of the original comments or information.
