Good effort, I’m playing tomorrow afternoon. Feeling confident, went down the range before and put a decent strike on every single ball in a basket, working right up and back down my bag. So it’s probably going to be a disaster.
But as everyone knows the main difference between good and bad golfers is their clubs and I’ve got my birthday coming up soon so I’m getting fitted for some new clubs this week.

Trouble is it’s almost October so the ground is made of slop which is hard to recreate at the range. Good luck though!

Shot a 94 which I was well happy with. Pretty soggy so every drive just stopped where it landed. Three pars and a birdie in there.

Got club fitting done the other day. It was really good fun, I honestly thought that I wouldn’t notice much difference between the things they were getting me to try but when we got to the right ones, fucking hell, it was night and day. Got a set of TM P790s on order, well excited, never had any new golf clubs before.
Nice, I got some earlier in the year, Cobra LTD X, they’re very forgiving.
I liked the TM Stealth too but couldn’t be assed to wait for them to arrive and it was 1 less club.
Golf clubs aren’t the issue for me, it’s finding the time to play!
Also got free Arcoss trackers with Cobra.
My local driving range has a range with shot tracer which makes it more interesting. Might go up Friday night.
