He said lucrative, not ethical.
Sidewalk had the working class heros section. I managed to worm my way in there. Not for my ability, just an interesting job.
Post it!
Tattoo Al - Gravedigger - was the ultimate.
Happy digging. Iâm sure some sort of Scottish magazine curator could help here if you know the issue number (and you do know the issue number)
Itâs definitely in there. Planning on doing a car boot in a few weeks.
It was also the first or second one - I think Postman Neil âChesâ Chester was the first.
Stoked that people liked that article
Miserable bastard
I got a filmers feature with a skate photo and a shop one with another skate photo in.
I was fucking chuffed with that, and will be forever.
I have actively dis encouraged people from doing this many times. Get an education and a future and enjoy skating, go off, film parts etc for fun.
Chasing the chimera of âsponsorshipâ will only ruin it for you unless youâre in the 0.01%
Damn, this one is scarily accurate. Ha!
I technically had a pro board, well, my video had a board on A Third Foot⌠does that count?! Very limited run
Youâll make more money on OnlyFans
Good, and my point was no shade at you in particular. Just the cumulative effect of seeing companies, adverts, sponsor lists etc might mislead someone into thinking skateboarding in this country has more to offer than it actually does (as Ezekiel originally pointed to).
Completely agree re:education. Much more of a States thing, but it is whack when a pro skater gives the âdropped out of high schoolâ line.
Whoâs paid in the U.K. then? Like can actually survive properly (not having to sell packages, god bless Jerome, Baines and Beall when I was at uni) and not work a normal job.
Palace boys
Lintel

Sam Beckett?
Tom Knox
Casper Brooker
Iâm really struggling to think of anyone else.
Were Blueprint prime LAF paid?
Tom Knox? Pro shoe with NB
Sorry was editing when you posted that.
I seem to remember @BDF & @andy_smoke having a page or two at some point?
Quite a few regular posters on here (and/or N26) had pages in Sidewalk
Iâm sure Magee said in an interview that the riders got a salary of sorts. The only U.K. company to be doing it at the time.
