There’s a Vellely example I can think of which was on a 411 which was covering Lausanne comp in Switzerland.
Tre to presumably Indy.
There was Austin Seaholm and maybe Gillet in it too from memory.
Gillet did a 270 to tail on a ledge out of a bank. Unsure which way now but it was buttery.
There are some real great flip grabs but off the top of my head none are coming to mind. Pretty sure Phil Shao does a glorious one on a 411. 7 or 8 maybe.
And Danny Wainwright does the best flip melons on his 411 thingy, although I can’t think of anyone doing kickflip melon to put under feet. shove-it heels maybe.
For the bad examples, watch any bowl comp from this year and see all of them doing them.

I have been scraping artex off and painting ceilings past few days so i’m fucked anyway but I can touch toes anytime. Grabs? nah, never been able to do them really, I have T rex arms.
Could do indy’s and occasionally tailgrabs but those times are long gone. Never ever grabbed a melons or anything more than a nose grab with left arm (regular obv)
Can just about still Melon Grab spines. But its been a minute!
Reynolds and Boulala had pretty good kickflip melons.
Rattray did a proper kickflip tailgrab to fakie in that Osiris vid. 0:50
JB did a backside 270 to backside noseslide on a ledge out of a bank at the Prague comp one summer around 2000. I think the clip was in the Lords vid.

I think he did some kind of terrible kickflip mute grab in Münster or Dortmund. There was something like this in a 411 Europe but I worked hard to wipe it from my memory.
