I like that people have different opinions, but when you are so bull headed you canāt even acknowledge other peopleās view, then it becomes difficult to engage with on other topics like skateboarding, photography. Etc.
Like weāve said before @Warwick this place is like a pub.
So either you have a good chat with locals, different opinions and we can have a discussion (not just you picking what to reply to, ignoring other things), or they are just a cunt and end up fucking off elsewhere.
If these conversations were in the flesh it would be so fucked up, like you being asked questions and then just pick one at random to answer.

My main thing on here now is just to post on non-controversial topics. When itās loads of posts and loads of questions from people disagreeing with so many different aspects of, say, my support for Brexit, the conversation goes off down so many side-roads itās hard to keep up. Iām happy never to mention it again on this forum.
Again @Warwick you addressed one point.
Itās not about Brexit, itās about your attitude to a lot of things.

Going way back to the Brexit thread; whilst I didnāt agree with opinion or angles, it was the lack of respect shown for others views which was the issue for me.
So, personally, Warwick would put something out there and then Iād see people directly reply to engage him and found it really rude that heād just ignore responses if it didnāt fit (what looked like to me as) his agenda.
Also, the comment calling out everyone who has posted openly in the Mental Health Thread was genuinely offensive and Iāve had DMs from quite a few people saying exactly the same.
This lack of ability to ever try to play as part of the community - be it the refusal to engage, or the almost hijacking of threads to talk about himself/a subject he has decided to talk about now - is now unfuckingbearable.
All this said, Iām not a fan of people kicking off with him every time he posts, regardless of content.
I do understand peoples feeling and reactions to his posts. I really do.
Cards on the table hereā¦like a pub, its hard to ban locals with a couple of decades of being solid folk who have contributed a lot both to this forum, its predecessor and UK Skateboarding in general because someone new is pressing their buttons.
If people had been civil to Warwick it would have made it a lot easier to have booted him a while back.

Took myself away from reading the the news thread a while back as that was the last thing I needed from here when itās everywhere else. But saw the comment above mentioning a comment Warwick may of made about mental health. I have kept my opinions of him to myself for a long time, and I will be taking Spankyās advice and bang him on the ignore list.
And whether it was meant as it seemed or not; the lack of real apology or attempt to understand fits in with everything else he seems to of shown of his character. No empathy, sympathy and in a lot of cases no real human element. Itās almost like someone is trying to troll us with the stereotypical brexiteer/Tory.
