I had the same thing around second lockdown, I muted the covid and news threads here and tried to avoid going down instagram rabbit holes and noticed a big difference in my mood pretty quickly.

I know the feeling, feels like Brexit vote all over again . Really hard not to look at the news and predictable chaos without getting utterly wound up and pissed off all the time .
Seems like the only way to avoid it is become a recluse.
God hope it gets resolved sooner than later but have a feeling weâre not even halfway into the tunnel .
