I don’t know wtf happened to Twiglets these last few years but they might has well have just stopped making them, fucking awful now. Never the same since they stopped coming in a Maltesers type box tbh.

Since they’ve replaced most of the sugar with artificial sweeteners in most fizzy drinks, I’ve pretty much avoided them as they just taste rank now .
I have got an OG can of idris old Jamaican ginger beer from 2014 I found in my basement last year . Full sugar and at 9 years out of date it will probably still taste better than a new can.

Christian stocks Old Jamaica at Spit and Sawdust and I have to been known to recite the per 100ml sugar content of old vs new fizzy drinks at length culminating with this as the show-stopping grand finale. Used to have a quite mental 15g of sugar per 100ml back in its heyday and tasted all the better for it let me tell you, oh and as for Lilt…don’t get me started on Lilt…anyone remember Spangles?

I remember those, didn’t they come in a few different flavours. Same as when they did wispa mint which they don’t do anymore and aero orange in like the 6 segment bars

I seem to remember standard toffee ones in a red packet & flavoured ones in, maybe, a brown one. Strawberry & chocolate ones were best - banana ones I gave away.
Edit: Flavoured ones were in blue!
