Smartmatic have a very similar case against Fox as well, expected to be bigger.
What disappointed me was that Dominion settled, which meant it never got put to trial (even though as I understand it the judge already told jury they can only find fox guilty). It also means that fox don’t have to admit they lied, which is a disgusting result for democracy.
I’m just hoping the Dominion and smartmatic lawyers are doing a lot of talking to ensure fox get stitched the fuck up. I mean like Dominion settled quick as it was easy, and smartmatic go in hard, don’t settle and force a trial.
