From what I recall was that Labour and Lib-Dem run councils were routinely denied funding from central government for not being Tory. Itâs been a steady, slow and very deliberate decline to willfully mismanage certain parts of the UK. Basically sacking Lynn for being disloyal.

Just checked Durham County Council - they lost ÂŁ180 million in the last 10 years! Municipal governance is dangling by a thread.

And yet the City is deciding to spend money on changing overground stations names. Nice idea but in the current climate, seems a bit silly.

I think it suits them to have rabid shit-for-brains bigots like Anderson. Some of them wouldnât say it themselves necessarily but nevertheless agree and it definitely appeals to a certain section of the electorate at a time when they canât afford to lose any more voters.

I remember using my nanâs - honestly not as bad as people seem to make out, a bit cold but at least the house doesnât smell 
I wouldnât miss that, sounds awful, but I do quite miss outside toilets.
I feel like the sanctuary offered by an outside bog would be miles better than shutting yourself in a bathroom could ever be.
