Youā€™ve got people trying to recruit people for the armed forces who have never served, giving out wrong information and the whole recruiting process is so drawn out now that people give up and find another job whilst they wait for their application to be processed or moved onto the next stage.

Absolutely no surprises thatā€™s been happening, why else do you want to become PM if you donā€™t get the perks especially if you seem to be a Teflon Tory.
Just hope the right people give a fuck and sometimes happens but you now itā€™s gonna be sweeped under the carpet with blanket doubling down on no wrong doing

Yep - overt corruption butā€¦ ā€˜something, something council houseā€™

Donā€™t get me wrong I agree theyā€™re doing an amazing thing exposing this , but how much further will it go ? In reality?

Also the government and media can no longer deflect that itā€™s the E.Uā€™s fault or look at what the E.U is doing instead of us, get mad at that instead. It has lifted the vail on a lot of this countries short comings and corruption.
Something I think the media and the government hate and didnā€™t expect as a consequence of pushing so hard for it.

And if that one fails its back toā€¦

STOP THE BOATS

And

Be a shame if this anonymously created logo reflecting Thames Water brand values ends up on social media

Isnā€™t it all just boring with him now? Pretty odd to see someone do so much that clearly doesnā€™t benefit their lives but then he must believe heā€™s fighting the good fight.

the Weinstein stuff is kinda fucked up. the American justice system really isnā€™t fit for purpose when it comes to trials of rich people. Trump being a prime example.

Weinstein has been found guilty of sexual assault in multiple trials (and is luckily still in jail from a different one). Yet he has money to be able to continually throw lawyers at appeals. This appeal has managed to overturn one of the convictions on what is basically a technicality. He is clearly a predatory abuser of women and could potentially go free one day

As far as I understand it, there were women who accused him of SA that he was not prosecuted for, either for lack of evidence or expired statute of limitations. But those women were allowed to testify against him anyway. This would be seen as potentially influencing the jury. So the trial is having to be repeated without this ā€˜invalidā€™ evidence.

This is also in NY, while he has also been convicted in California. So even if the whole thing was thrown out, he would have a prison cell waiting for him on the other side of the country.

Humza Yousef stepping down after making a bit of an arse of things. The gamons and the Daily Nazi are frothing at the mouth as we speak, going to be a lot of disappointed wives tonight ā€œthinking of Englandā€ while their red-faced golf loving Jim Davidson loving husbands give them the worst 3 minutes of their lives if their hearts donā€™t give out due to the excitement.

It sounds a bit more than just arsing things up a bit. He was also the only candidate to say he would continue the partnership agreement with the Greens.
It seems like he has gone back on a major promise for his election.

I donā€™t think heā€™ll be greatly missed.

Mark Drakeford resigned as First Minister for Wales a couple of weeks ago and it barely got a mention. Curious amount of focus on this.

I suppose thereā€™s all that dodgy business with Sturgeonā€™s husband which has focused a lot of attention.

Because we are the naughty children who had the audacity to try to leave the family and any mud that can be slung at the SNP bolsters the Tory narrative that we canā€™t live without them. They want the energy we provide from renewable sources, the oil and gas from us, they want to park Trident just outside Glasgow and they want to use the country as a holiday village.

Then thereā€™s the desire to get back in to the European Union we were dragged out of.

Wales isnā€™t naughty like that so no need to ladle on the bad press
