Labour fast becoming purple labour.
Natalie Elphicke of all people, expect more stop the boats rhetoric under a labour government.

She’s a nutter isn’t she?!

She won’t fight the next GE so that’s not too bad.

Good timing today. My aunt and uncle were at PMQs today in the gallery. Good day for it!

Another day in Toryland.

More booze related news. Seems like a sensible move from all that I can gather.

Fleeing rats from a sinking ship , just boggles the mind why you’d want a Tory rat in your party except to one up rishi

It must be purely that as she is the MP for Dover and Rishi’s main election stance is about stopping the boats.
It’s a major blow for him. As she is saying that she doesn’t believe he can do anything to help her constituents about the situation, so much so that she has had to defect to Labour.

That Elphick woman is clearly a……Boon……for Labour

*I expect no one will get this at all and it’s not even funny anyway…

THE former Countess of Bradford has said she is responsible for the death of Rod Hull following claims last week from Gyles Brandreth that he blamed himself.

Yeah…this is a weird, weird, weird move.

I guess the only reason Labour let her join is because she was the Dover MP. Will look good on leaflets down the road.

I guess the gamble is that most people don’t give a fuck about who she is or what she’s about.

My aunty on the family group chat just felt sorry for Rishi Sunak :face_vomiting:

I do hope this is the kickstart for a mass exodus of defections, forcing a GE.

Meme lolz aside this is bollocks.

Obviously this whole Elphick thing is to make the point about how even the most ardent tories now don’t want to be associated with that lot.
Manufactured outrage as usual

She’ll have no power

Just wish they’d turn down all tories out of principle and not being the Tory MP waste bin .
But how times have change

It’s a terrible look for both parties. A double own goal.

The picture of Starmer with her in these publicity shots is turning my guts.

They’re so far ahead in the polls why do this?

It represents that even Tories no longer believe in the party? Maybe helping the floating voters and any Tory voter that is starting to doubt them make up their minds to vote Labour?

Well if Tories even think Labour are the better option!

She is not going up for reelection right? So she’ll be about for a few months tops.
