I was 10 so didn’t see it till much later, can’t even remember what my initial response was. Parents didn’t mention it much, just said Auntie Soo Soo had been in a really famous film. She was also in View to a Kill, as one of Grace Jones henchwomen!

Almost seems like a different take on the, “Oh yes, James Bond is one of daddy’s friends” sort of thing. Just that it’s true and it’s a Vietnamese prostitute.
I think I already knew this and it doesn’t get old.
Before Lemmy died he did an advert for milk and says “Never drank the stuff, never will” Which is a lie because when he was knocking off my auntie he went round to my grandparents and pissed my grandad off by opening the fridge and drinking some milk from the bottle without asking.

I’ve strangely bought all the Squarepusher albums as they’ve come out but in all honesty, I don’t think he has released a good album since Go Plastic. Although I do quite like Hello Everything and parts of Just A Souvenir.
I’m sure I’ll try the new one, though…
