Those TENS machines do work. My mother in law used one so much it wore out cos it was so good.

I think I’ve possibly had a migraine for the first time.
Urgh I get them a lot. Usually come in waves then stop for a bit. Dehydration can also cause a similar aura/vision impairment syndrome. The worst bit is the day or two afterwards where every movement of your head causes pain.
