Our boiler’s been on the blink for over a week

Our water softener popped it’s clogs last month. Just replaced it like for like.
Price has doubled.
Silver lining (I suppose) is we got 15 years out of it. 
Went for a bike ride earlier, saw a black cat in the woods, pretty far from any house, thought that was weird. Checked the local Pet Alert website when I got back home and a black cat has been missing in my area for a while. Could have been this one, could have been any other black cat, but I don’t know and now it’s bothering me. I want to go back there with cat food and rescue it but I doubt I’ll have much luck finding a black cat in the woods at night when it’s raining. I sent the owners an email, maybe that will help.

Prospective buyer of my place has suddenly asked for a 10% discount. Am completely skint now and running on empty. Can’t really afford for this sale not to go through.

We replied to her. She can’t do anything with her solicitors etc over the weekend so am sure she’ll stew over it.
So got to wait and see. We used to have people do this all the time when I was selling cars. Usually they still go through with it. Usually.

Just ate 4 slices of my vegi supreme with vegan pepperoni domino’s and then noticed there was ham underneath all the toppings
