I think I’ll probably say come over to mine if she wants to see them. She is self-isolating right now and I’m not dragging them all over the place for an hour.

No work for the last two weeks as a freelance translator. That surprised me somewhat but I guess we’re all affected somewhat. Guess I’ll have to rely on my parents and get out to practise my shoddy skate skills. I hate having to be reliant on my parents but as a freelance translator I’m scoobied.
What kind of stuff do you translate?
Words I’m guessing.

I rent a desk in a shared office and it was broken into last night. Only found out via the Google Groups daily digest email late this evening - I’d been logged in remotely to my workstation via the laptop working from home so it’s still working. Seems that just a handful of laptops were stolen and hardly anything smashed, just paperwork from other people was stolen and assorted bits and pieces scattered about - I think all my stuff is fine for now. The guy beside me has a couple of kettlebells on his desk and they were left in place and not one monitor broken, or much else for that matter.
Main problem I see is this shutdown will give space to the feral youth to be out and about acting like it’s The Purge. Bastards.

Yep, pretty much, but Dublin skangers seriously are thick as fuck. There’s a load of architects and a few solictors there, but it’s not like they’re the Magic 12 or anything. Saying that, they left a bottle of vodka and expensive orange juice behind, which they would’ve got from a local greengrocer, along with being caught on CCTV.
Wish I had a SIA licence, would totally cruise about like batman at night looking to rumble shit. Listen to some podcasts and get paid.

Just broke my spade digging out some roots. There goes the isolation gardening I was planning. Got loads of holes that need digging.
Wanted to continue work in my shed gym.
Weather was what I was waiting for so I could drag stuff out but a nosey 2 Yr old put pay to that yesterday.
He’s just dozed off so I might get on it.
Is B&Q not still open to get a new one? Light bulbs, tools, ect I’d say are kind of essential.
