After two years of that you’d have £35k of unsold sale price Carhartt on the racks.
Kids down the park seem to be all about getting stuff off TikTok shop. One guy was well stoked he got a Death deck for 45 quid with free shipping and returns if its shit. Said he paid 85 quid plus shipping for some other deck he snapped after a week.
It really can’t be long until wood shops even cut distro’s out and send straight to Amazon Fulfilment.
Ugh. That’s grim.
eww skate deck off amazon. There’s a grim thought.
Bought some bones reds from there before and was convinced they were fake so sent them back
Just text a mate and he said the store on TikTok shop was a skate shop called larriat.
Lariatt is a legit shop in St Albans isn’t it? Been around for a while. Not sure of SOS status.
Owned and run by Alex Barton of Lovenskate. Legit SOS. Nice guy too
Where’d they get that name?
Sounds like a word I could use in scrabble
Ordered from there, paid next day shipping, didn’t come next day so mentioned it.
Was told “is what it is, and you should know” – Yer I do know, refund my shipping. Never went back.
The old try your luck, you never know it might happen £5 more service.
I’m also dubious when any independent shop offers it, not just skate shops.
I stupidly clicked pay extra for express delivery for these Ipaths but after a pressed go I knew that it’s pointless, they won’t put any extra effort in to get it here quicker, it’ll be the same postage as the free delivery. Especially seeing as it’s being shipped from Europe.
Yer but I actually needed it next day haha.
Anyway, wasn’t shade just shops are closing and then you get a shitty experience was my point
pretty much everything from slam turns up next day.
note are pretty speedy also.
Yer Slam and Note are my go to, rad guys always have what I want.
My wife decided to sit in the car and listen to an audio book on cd with our youngest today to entertain him.
Engine off, heated seats on too.
Guess who has a flat battery now.
them £30 battery chargers from halfords are a godsend.
The thing with next day shipping is, unless it specifies otherwise, it doesn’t mean next day delivery. It is what is says, and it means you will get it posted out the day after the shop receives the order (often before). Almost every customer takes it to mean it will arrive the next day haha.
Yer but I’m talk about next day delivery. Not shipping
Yeah fair enough, it’s a total bitch you’re at the mercy of your courier probably better not to even offer it unless you’re a massive warehouse based operation with a logistics manager!
We really had no problems with it at SS20. Clear cut off times etc.
