Argh - there’s a pigeon stuck down our chimney at work!
Pigeon chimney update: Bloke came round earlier and took part of the fire off to access the space where the pigeon was stuck. Actually 2 in there - 1 alive, 1 very dead (maggots etc) Weirdly, no smell, so we had no idea! Next step is to get someone up on the roof to fit something over the chimney so it doesn’t happen again.

Compressor goes on fridge freezer months out of 5 year warranty. I swear they put timers in things these days. Had to chuck nearly everything from freezer side aside from my 3 french birds which went next door till new one arrives on Tuesday.
Coming to Dadlands and want to hire a car from airport. Can’t unless I have a credit card for deposit. Don’t have a credit card. They are virtually non-existent in Estonia as everyone uses debit cards, and got shit credit history here as been basically unemployed for 5 years. But managed to apply and get one delivered to my parent’s house in London! Hooray!
Asked my mum to send it by registered post and send me the tracking code. She sends me a payment receipt. No tracking. Fingers crossed it gets here in time. Letter from my mum arrived, hooray! Opened it up and credit card had been stolen.

Had to pay twice as much to put it on a debit card. If I can get a credit card through in time I’ll stick it on that and cancel the debit card booking. Bleurgh. So I got a car secured at least.

Mate called last night, can’t make it up for the Sugar gig I got tickets for. Not his fault, took his kids for a holiday, both adults, and one of them turned up with no money and bled him dry for a week

Been ill for about 3 weeks. Sore throat, headaches, clogged sinuses. Last 10-ish days I’ve been coughing non-stop. Wednesday night I strained the muscles around my ribs with coughing and I’m in absolute fucking agony. I’ve also got the gnarliest, thickest green phlegm going on and I’m pretty sure I’m going to cough one up that’s going to make me blow chunks and that’ll just make things worse.
