Not Stoked.

I would just pay it myself it’s not that crazy to have the mobile ones come to you. I had the same on a 1990 E Class a few years ago and was surprised a mobile one could do it. It was about 350 all in I think. A ball ache but not worth a claim/no claims after the excess. Should be cheaper for a modern car I would think

what’s the car?

Insurance it is - buzzing.

That’s bollocks, you could get it done easily for the " with insurance " price lol. Just look for local ones without going through autoglass or any of those places. Or just take it to a local garage with good reviews. Any decent indy should be able to order it and fit it.

Gone with insurance, £140 Will suck up the consequences. Unfortunately get the time off/deal with the stress of shopping around.

Fair play. No one is paying 1200 for that

Subway have seemingly changed their Southwest sauce. I don’t have them often, twice a year and only at convenience. But the SW sauce and honey oat bread are the only pull, everything else is scrap.

This heatwave is killing me. 29 degrees indoors. Due to get up to 37 degrees later this week.

I’ve got three fans on the go. None are helping.

Stupidly I took on some freelance work thinking I could get it done during my normal work hours on Friday, as I didn’t have anything on.

Obviously Friday was mad busy and I was out with family all day yesterday. So now stressing getting this done for tomorrow in this ridiculous heat. God damn I hate my flat it’s so FUCKING HOT ITS RUINING EVERYTHING MAKE IT STOP

Even in estonia it’s 29, so good

Daughters school closing at 1.30 today and all day tomorrow. Potentially friday too.

They are all fully closed around here.

Plus the school my wife works at in Bath suffered mad flood damage from the storm the other night so may be closed a little while …

I had to go and pick my son up as he was feeling unwell.

His school gave us the option so we sent him in anyway. He’s missed enough education!

Daughter finishing early tomorrow.

The dude I report to is in the Med. I’m not sure he ‘gets’ UK heat. ITS FUCKING DIFFERENT

Currently 37 where I am. Cycled 8km uphill at 12:30 then another 3km dash because my son missed his bus. Pretty sure I’ve given myself sun stroke or am moving perilously closer to it. I remember being in a similar predicament when I cycled in the summer sun in Malta. Not cool.

Family schedule is off the charts in the build up to the holidays. Wife wants to go for dinner at an evening market with friends tonight. Initially I wanted to go but right now I’d firmly set on avoiding tge outdoors as much as possible.
