Weather here is abysmal
Got an offer of a weeks work this morning, not a great rate but the only thing that I’ve secured in the last 4 weeks.
The guy just messaged and cancelled on me. He says his family is concerned about non family doing renovations.
I totally get it but gutted on the loss of money.
And I’ve just finished 3 hours of tool sorting/job prep to find out 
The government spent millions on tests that didn’t work, if they had got it sorted. You could of got a test, showed you were clean and got on with the job. I hope people remember this when it’s all over.

When AIDS appeared they said they’d have a vaccine soon. That’s a virus too.
And this virus is going to be around for years like all the others . Ah well , new times and paranoid folks. Just got to get on with it for now .

I know it wouldn’t be exactly on to contact them to try and reason but it could well be done safely I’m sure.

Yeah but you can get tested for AIDS, ect. So you could at least know if you had it or not.
I did say that I’m fit and healthy, bike daily etc and can’t remember the last time I had a sick day and the last time I was properly ill was 2 years ago . Said I’m free if they change thier mind.

My dad rang me up to have a 45 minute rant about how coronavirus is a con, it’s all a big conspiracy to install 5G and for Bill Gates to microchip us all. You also can’t trust anything the BBC say. No extra people are dying, its just a flu and they are marking it down as a death from coronavirus to scare us to stay in. Elon musk is putting thousands of 5G satellites into space and it will fry our brains and God knows what else he’s read about on Facebook and in the Sun.
I’m mentally drained not hanging up on him and telling him to fuck off. He used the phrase ‘they reckon’ about 100 times.
He only calls me about twice a year so that was fun.

Man I feel for you, I got a mate who’s the same and when I bought up the Spanish flu he said that was because of the first radiowaves I fucking lost it and said what about all the pandemics before technology and he said , dirty water
There’s no getting through man. And it sucks it’s your old man.

Nah it’s all good. He’s not really a part of my life anymore really.
