already booked in somewhere near the Waitrose. they’re doing an MOT on the Friday and and full service on Saturday because the MOT guy doesn’t work weekends even though it’s almost certainly going to fail. 
I think they’re in their own seperate groups inside but fuck knows really. It’s a plague pit.

Got some mad stye in my eye, on the inside of my eyelid, itäs fucking huge, big white thing and my eye is swollen up and got a photoshoot with wife and daughter tomorrow morning, brilliant. I will look like I’ve been socked in the eye for it

Yeah I’m getting a decent one. It’s not something I would get done cheap. Too many pitfalls. Had this one installed when we moved in 14 years ago so it’s had a good run. It’s just been one off those years where I’ve been hemoraging money on various things. Had to get a new flat roof on my kitchen extension a few months back and get a second car due to missus work changing.
Same for everyone I guess. Every time you save a bit of cash something pops up and rinces it just as you think it’s going good!

Can’t you get interest free credit deals on boilers these days?
Yeah we got one through British Gas. I was loathed to used them as they still think I owe them for a gas bill in a house we used to rent years ago. But we put it in my wife’s name so I’m still flying under the radar on that bill.

Get to the Dr ASAP. Sounds like the calcium buildups I’ve had a couple of times, both times I’ve been sent to A&E to get an optometrist appointment quicker. The buildup scratched your eyeball, the first time I had it they told me I was probably less than a mm away from potentially being blind in that eye.
It’s chill, gunk came out last night. Bit sore now but calming down now

Phew!
Had a power cut since 3pm . My house only , nation power grid lot called but no sign at all since the call.
I’m hoping it’s the old cast iron cut out box next to the meter otherwise it’s digging up the street .
Luckily my neighbour let me run power to the fridge and freezer and all the candles I rescued from the prop skip for skate wax are now coming in handy.
If ts a metal clad cutout it’s possibly a fused neutral or even a rewirable porcelain fuse carrier with asbestos phase barrier. I can’t speak for every District network operator but it’s most likely they’ll have to replace the cutout with a modern plastic one. It’ll take an hour or two, more if the service head needs removing completely they need to melt all the bitumen away and clean up the cable.
I fit meters for a living so I see this every other day.
