Costco do CK Briefs which I stock up on especially as they’re about £20 for a pack of 3 .

I used to date a girl that was a buyer for TK Maxx, she said the cK underwear was exactly the same, just had more premium packaging if you bought it from a non-discount store. All the premium brands did it.

Some of the Ralph Lauren gear that you find in TK Maxx and outlet places definitely seems like it was made to go directly to discount stores.

Yes that too, totally correct. Some gear they work directly with the premium (or not) brands to make clothing suitable for their target market

Some products are exactly the same, just repackaged.
Many products are designed specifically for tk maxx. They aren’t ‘discounted’ or ‘surplus’.
