I didn’t think it would be my thing but actually was great. Obviously the other non-broccoli pizzas I made same sitting were better haha

I’m pizza making tonight if anyone has any topping suggestions, catering for veggies and my usuals are becoming a bit usual.
Red onion and red pepper is great. Also cherry tomatoes/mushrooms. Broccoli (small florets) with a white sauce is nice.
I don’t think I can be bothered with making a white sauce tonight. Red onion/goats cheese is a go to for us to might add peppers to that

I made one the other night with tuna, red onion and capers with a tomato sauce and a little bit of mozzarella. I wish I’d taken a picture because was banging. Just conventional oven as well.
Come away to a camp site for a weekend and they’ve got a Roccbox knocking out really good pizzas on site. The dough was amazing…turns out she buys it in frozen in pucks for £14 a box of 60. As much as I love fucking about with dough, it’s tempting even though that’s like getting the shop to grip your board.

Anyone got or tried one of these? Really tempted by the 500 degrees in 15 mins. My bbq top box one takes half hour and doesn’t get above about 300.
I’ve got the smaller one. They’re amazing! My only regret is I didn’t get that size!
