Man the discussions I’ve had with people deep into conspiracy theories is nuts. They are fully sucked in, convinced/brainwashed and whilst trying to do my best "james O’brien " on them, it only makes them more mad and double down.
The minute I ask for data , evidence and if they’ve ever checked the background/history of the frauds spouting this shit on YouTube they turn full Flat Earth mentality on me.
One of my good mates is now anti vaccination now bacuse of this type of bullshit. He became a father 3 years ago and refuses get his son vaccinated because it’s all a world plot by bill gates and the WHO to inject nano bots into everyone.
I lost my rag with at that point and told him I god hope his kid doesn’t get measles especially now we’re seeing a rise world wide because of anti vacc bullshit .
The internet is great but when it does this shit I could happily pull the plug on it.

Someone asked the other day why people didn’t like Chase Web and then I saw the below tweet. It was him and David Loy who were allegedly filmed taking advantage of a passed out girl at Nyjahs house. That whole thing got swept under the rug pretty quickly. Pretty sketchy.
A software supplier with whom I have a great relationship called earlier to see how I was doing.
We got from work chat to current affairs and one of her staff has been 3D printing face shields for NHS staff and carers after getting so frustrated at how slowly the government provided equipment was taking to emerge.
He is also licensed to deliver them officially and has been doing so around Reading and Maidenhead areas.
I mentioned that my Mrs is a carer where there is no protective equipment even on standby should the need arise to be protected and they’ve taken an order to provide 10…grattis… free… zilch pence.
Bit Stoked to experience first hand the kindness of someone who has found their own way to help many others out.

I really want to get a 3D printer, at least that way I would feel like I was contributing towards something
I’ve just been to the doctors for a blood test and they had loads of masks , gloves and aprons, that I had to wear. I was locked in there by myself too. Creepy.
