Possibly. I’d forgotten about this whole thing until yesterday when I saw a few mentions of it on Twitter after Thrasher posted his part, but it had definitely been mentioned on this/the old forum at one point, I remember someone calling him Nyjah’s creepy mate or words to that effect.
I have a feeling it was mentioned on the Bunt as well. Chima possibly?

Couple of my friends have been doing this. They take a4 plastic sheets and can print off the holder in a hour I think.
There are loads being made by people with the equipment and materials.
I shall be receiving 10 of these for the care home my Mrs works at tomorrow.

The ones I am getting are dishwasher safe for sterilisation or can be cleaned with good antibacterial wipes.
Edit: just checked the design in her tweet and these appear to be the same ones that I am getting.
If you want me to try and procure some, dm me and I can try and get someone involved in this project who may be local enough to supply them.

The group making these was about 40 strong days ago and today when the guy I am talking to checked, it had jumped up to a group of 1400 people printing these things.
Edit: fuck it, I’ve text him the url to the tweet and asked to reach out. I’d think the group is widespread enough to have someone fairly local.

Queuing for supermarkets now is a bit like this strange inverse of elite and fashionable night-club culture: Instead of the conventionally advantageous attributes like being hot, young or rich which might have formerly granted one direct bypass of the queue to enter the club, now one needs to be old, decrepit or have your kids with you or a disability in order to get you fast-tracked. I’m not complaining about this either, mind, just found it amusing when stood outside my local Sainsbury’s today for over 45 minutes and seeing some of the old-timers blagging their way in. The line went around the entire block!
To add to this perception, when you do finally enter the ‘club’, instead of being packed and teeming with people and noise, the more desirable atmosphere is for it to be super quiet with there seemingly being hardly anyone in there. And further, you want to end your experience as quickly as possible so as to not mingle with other people.
Anyway, just an amusing thought on the situation we’re in right now.

Whilst doing the cooking last night, this comedy moment at 4.35 popped into my head and I had to search it out. Watching back the bass player had a passing resemblance of the great Ben Raemers. Miss you Ben.

I just caught the end of a Car SOS on telly… great show.
Hopefully Car S.O.S doesn’t get taken over by the execs too much like say, Wheeler Dealers.
It has enough cool car stuff/emotional factor/silly humour for everyone. But still retains being a show about cars well.
