Look into mobility training - 2 fellas I follow on IG seem pretty good for injuries/rehab - Brian Movement 101 and Rob Movement 101. Definitely worth investigating.

I walked past Street League last weekend, didn’t know it was happening (I know, aren’t I cool) until a very small Japanese (?) boy and girl skated past me towards Westfield. It was a bit surreal, lots of people milling around, everyone covered in tattoos, dripping with lanyards and wristbands. There was a short bloke skating outside, smoking fags, with a Blind deck. Then at Westfield I saw some girl who was definitely Alexis Leaticia, I’m sure of it. I also definitely maybe also saw Tom Asta, if he was there? Then I went to Uniqlo and bought plain tees (not Girl).
Later that day I saw Jarvis Cocker, the day after that I saw Arthur Smith on a train. Two good eggs.
I once went to a gig of Jarvis Cockers nephews band. There were 4 of us in the crowd: me, my Mrs, her mate, and her mates boyfriend.
It wasn’t a very good gig, but he had a wicked moustache and by the end of it, he was on his back on the floor, humping his guitar like Jimi Hendrix, while the 4 of us formed a circle around him and watched, not wanting to laugh in case we hurt his feelings.

From what i can tell from reading the shitty google translation, Takahiro Morita has made a cruiser setup for some dude (who’s never skated before!) to skate across Japan with all his kit on his back.

been constantly hitting/falling on my coccyx/back area for nearly a year now. first started from not fully committing to a lipslide on a flatbar, sliding the whole thing whipping out into the air and just slamming on it. 11 mile cycle home after that wasnt fun. other funny one was setting up for a fakie 360 flip in a game of skate and hitting probably the only stone in the entire area right when i was about to pop and just getting sent again straight onto the coccyx. kind of became a running joke between me and my friends now.
also had some odd recurring heelbruise that stemmed from eating shit while skating to 4motion from the train station (bad idea) that flares up every now and them if i hit it too hard.

This is what I have, I think I made the mistake of skating on an already bruised heel. Thought it was just achy feet but I think I’ve been chipping away at it by bailing the same way too much. Now it’s killing me. Oh well, will just have to quit again.
You’ve got to let the cushioning form in your heel again. Will mean not skating on it for a little while but not forever.
Because of my impatience today with the prospect of driving back from Cornwall, I hate sitting around and waiting, I decided to head home at mid-day today.

anyone got any experience fixing ipods? one of my classics has decided to fuck it over the weekend and won’t go past the apple logo now, have tried putting into disk mode and formatting the drive then restoring it but can’t get the drive to reformat using various diff programs, either says i can’t overwrite it or just won’t do it
a mate of mine used to be able to switch out the internal harddrives for sd cards so might see if he can hook it up, not bothered about losing anything from this one as got all the tunes backed up already
