Go to TKMaxx wearing your current shoes. Try on the hideously ugly Converse with the Nike Lunarlon insoles, there are hundreds of them. Swap the insoles in your current shoes for said Lunarlon insoles. Roll away clean.

Yeah I had to have these mad orthrotic insoles made as arch on my right foot had collapsed due to ankle injury, they scanned them with lasers and everything

Good thanks, I can walk without limping, occasionally break into a brief jog. Skating wise I can just about flip, but it’s terrifying. Am supposed to have some more surgery to get bone spurs taken out of back of my heel but organising it whilst overseas has been impossible (eg get a letter saying my appointment is on x date when x date was a week ago).
I told the surgeon I wanted to be able to boot a ball around a park with my daughter and I’ve done just that. He said i’d get about 70% skate ability back but I’d have to be careful as I could completely destroy it. So I’m fine being careful!
I’ve done this with Swifts, they work a treat.
My dad had something similar for years - specialised orthotic shoes which looked like he the shoes on the wrong feet. Ended up having some heavy corrective surgery as his feet had started to resemble a chimpanzee foot as a result of flat feet from childhood which never improved.
Wen to a massive beach today.
There were thousands of people on it, usually the sort of thing I imagine disliking but it was actually really good.
My Mrs and her Filipino friends arranged it.
We were a group of about 10 adults and a slightly higher child count.
Plenty of good food in a massive spread cooked on the grill.
Kids all played brilliantly together.
That was just our group.
People had taken gazebos and a whole amount of cooking utilities so everywhere was families cooking and enjoying themselves.
Interestingly, there were loads of different nationalities and their bbq’s each had a slightly different araoma from the next because of their ways of cooking.
My underpants were an issue though.
Not sure quite why but they caused massive irritation to my parts and now I have a stinging rash as well as having to walk like John Wayne.

Forgot to mention but kind of with the recent pikey stories, as we were leaving at the same time as hundreds of cars yesterday, we had to queue but someone decided they wanted to beat the queue and drive up between the lanes and were prepared to ram their way into the queue in front of me.
The parking organisers tried to tell them to chill out and wait like everyone else but he just got loads of angry Irish abuse.
Driver of the van looked all of 16 and had two younger lads with him.
Cunts.

Oooo pikey story from yesterday.
Was in Sainsbury’s leaving, nudged the Mrs. Two obvious pikey kids being followed out by Security. Had clearly pinched something.
The security guard grabbed on of their arms to stop them. Standard what you doing etc. Then one of them accused him of sexual assault, calling him a smelly P-Bomb etc, and threw a full can of Red Bull in his face. 3 Security guys, and they just walked off, nothing.
Couldn’t help but walk up to them and make sure everyone around knew he hadn’t even touched her other on the arm – she said he put his hand down her top. Probably get my head railed in at some point. They are all around here and have been found at our DIY spot multiple times.
Pure scum, and were just allowed to leave nothing.
