Yeah it looks great but it’s not, ledges aren’t skateable and floor has been sandpaper since day one. Funnily enough I logged into my old photobucket the other day and found pics of it with fences up when we first found it, think it was autumn 2008.
Few bangers gone down the big 3 but still relatively untouched!

Imagine our reaction finding this late one night on a winters skate, we all hopped the fence and ollied the big 3 the first night. Thought we had the next Lloyd’s on our hands at first but nah, not to be
