Rolled through the car park. He was at the door dropping off and i asked him through the medium of mime from my car if that was his car and he gave the ‘just 2 minutes’ hand gesture. I gave the international wtf shrug and looped round and he was waiting for me when i came back.
Explained it was something about not running over babies or something mental. Not sure what that has to do with not bothering to even try parking your car (4x4 obvs).
Wasn’t too heated but just so totally unnecessary on every level

I’d love to be able to challenge people on their parking, but I know I’d be so self conscious parking myself after they move their car that I’d fuck it up and become a hypocrite.

Can’t remember who, maybe either the mostly skateboarding or vent city podcasts, mentioned an increase in California based pro’s moving to places like Texas and Florida where the weather is good but rent and life in general is alot more affordable.
Got about 5 seconds into a Brian delatorre interview today and he said he moved back to Florida with his mum so they can save for a house.
Advent of Instagram/self marketing as a pro is probably the big factor in that. Why live broke in LA or SF if you can live comfortably somewhere else and still retain eyes on your skating/popularity

Cromer moved back to Florida as well. I wouldn’t mind seeing more Texas, Arizona, Florida or New Mexico in people’s feeds and video parts. LA looks so boring on film. Crockett has been filming most of his stuff in Virginia for years and it always looks dope.

The photocopier in my office has a motion sensor on it so it clicks and wherrs whenever you walk past it.
It makes it seem really needy.
Used to have an air freshener in my mums house that was like that but it seemed like it was agressively spitting at you

Pure road rage just now. Tesco driver in left lane of roundabout, me on right. He drives straight on (no indicators) into my lane as we both get on, cutting me right up.
I end up having to follow him for a while.
Get to another roundabout I go in the right lane again. He goes in the left and does the exact same thing again and nearly drives into me again!!! Had to dab the brakes both times. It wasn’t on purpose…just bullshit driving.
Is that the old “there are two lanes on the roundabout but they mean nothing to me and my need to gain 0.000345 of a second advantage so i’ll drive in a straight line” - People are dicks, that and no indicators on roundabouts might be the two things that cause me more irational rage than anything

I have now learnt to pull away quicker by just half a car length when this happens so the fuckers have to take evasive maneuvers by Turning back into their lane . You see the shock, but they suddenly realise any fault is theirs so can’t get arsey .

Just shamed a hybrid 4x4 driver from parking over 2 spaces in a busy M&S carpark (via the medium of a finger wag and a point at the ‘park’). Pinnacle of my career.
