I know most people look at piracy as a none crime but I don’t see it that way. For me it has nothing to do with how much the corp makes and how much the crime means or effects the corp, it’s about morals and the value of product. I know I sound like a goody twe shoes saint on some pedestal but fuck it, if you devalue small things, what is the point in valueing anything? Everything has a cost unless the producer wavers it, so you should abide by what is asked. If you don’t want to abide, then don’t have the product.
With the talk of “pikeys” the other day and the outrage most of you had, that is all they are doing! Disregarding value in product and possessions.
So the “pikey thing to do” comment, whether you like it or not, is apt.

I had this crew of fellas come into my warehouse and ask me if I was alone etc, boosted a boxed car stereo from the back. Motherfuckers.
They had to drive around the warehouse to get out, tried to block them but that was it, they were gone.
I saw the gangleader at a bus stop about 7 years later but was in a car and couldn’t stop. If I ever see him again and have the opportunity, yes I would fucking clock the prick from behind with no warning.

If you have to steal to survive then a supermarket or chain store is probably the least problematic target for your actions. You could argue that stealing is necessary if you can’t think of any other course of action to survive. If you are hungry or homeless or whatever then ok.
But when you are stealing from faceless corporations, at automated checkouts, without human contact, the only person you are really cheating is yourself. You’re not interacting with anyone, you’re just sinking lower into a place where the automated inhuman corporate system sustains you and you learn to neutralize your emotions. You could say you are becoming an automaton. Maybe you are ok with a tiny percentage of your energy being spent that way, but personally I would try to avoid that if you can and focus on directing your energy in a positive direction. You might find things start to get better.
Wow, calm down. Stop trying to throw the book at others to try and justify your petty thievery. Like I said, I don’t care what you do, you think it’s fine and that is all good. I don’t think it’s right personally but i’m not judging you on it, although that last comment is showing a side of you that is a bit bellendy so I will judge you on that.
