Don’t believe this for a minute. Everyone has that voice, everyone. Maybe some people are that stupid that they are expecting that this internal monologue is another voice like a narrator, aside from thier own inner voice that they don’t think anything of, it’s just rambling thought.
Building “internal monlogue” up like it’s really complex and only crazy people have it.

Yeah, I can’t understand how anyone would be able to learn to talk without it, like language is something that you only ever speak. Although that begs the question of what is the internal monologue like for someone born without hearing who learned to communicate using sign language.

I don’t think that it’s claiming that only crazy people have it. I’d have thought (in my inner diolouge voice) that they are talking about intrusive thoughts to self harm or hurt others and how dangerous this can be.

Not the article, The people that say they don’t have an internal monologue have maybe built that idea up to be more than it is and normal people like them just have normal thoughts.
Almost at the end of day 1 of this poker tournament. I’m top 10 in chips. There’s been 900 players join today.
