That’s a courtesy jog, everyone knows it ain’t running, surely?

I guess but it’s like the courtesy short circuits all motor skills and I’m 83

Could someone please explain the Blueprint x Sky Brown thing to me please? I’m very confused/not done any digging into the backstory.

Seems very, very strange.

From what I remember reading, her dad (?) used to be into OG Blueprint and she wanted to do some sort of tribute to UK skateboarding? Something like that

Side note, I hope whoever created the spray heart graphic gets royalties, because that thing will not die

The person who drew the original is fine with not getting royalties, because they had such a good time around that company when they did the drawing.

Merci!

Was Vaughan that came up with the heart wasn’t it?

I bumped into Barney Page last night whilst unlocking my bike at the swimming pool. I did a double take when I spotted him and blurted out ‘Barney Page?!’. I’d never met him before skating, so he looked at me a bit bewildered, probably thinking ‘do I know this rando?’ It was awkward as fuck because I didn’t say anything else. The end.

All the previously brand new white tees I wore on holiday are covered in yellow sunscreen stains.

Anyone got an easy mumsnet-style hack to get rid of them?

(Stains not tees).

AI Overview

Here are some ways to remove sunscreen stains from white clothing:

  • Blot with dish soap

Turn the clothing inside out and run the stain under cold water. Then, blot the stain with a solution of warm water and dish soap, starting from the outside and working in. Rinse the area with cold water and wash as usual with a heavy-duty detergent.

  • Use baking soda

Blot excess sunscreen, then sprinkle baking soda on the stain and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Hand wash the clothing, then soak it overnight. Finally, wash in the washing machine with a detergent designed to remove grease and oil.

  • Use lemon juice

Spray raw lemon juice on the stain and hang the clothing in direct sunlight. The lemon juice acts as a natural bleaching agent.

  • Use a pre-wash stain remover

Soak the clothing in a pre-wash stain remover, especially one designed for fats, grease, and oils. You can also try rinsing or soaking the clothing in white vinegar before washing.

  • Absorb the oil

Sprinkle cornflour on the stain to soak up as much oil as possible. The oil in sunscreen can damage clothing, so it’s important to remove as much of it as possible

That was my first move…

I tried the first one with no success. Didn’t have any ingredients for the rest to hand so thought I’d try on here in case someone had anything up their sleeves…

Can you get Vanish stain remover in the UK? I’ve had good results with it. There’s one that’s made for white clothes, it usually does the job. Should work for sunscreen stains.

Apply the stain remover on all your stains, set your clothes aside for 10-15 minutes, thrown it all in the machine and go for a 40°C wash.

Cheers, will have to get down the shops…

What’s the fit like? I’ve been in AS Colour Staple for a long time.

Though at that price why am I even asking.

Do I need a membership card or anything?

Yeah you do need membership but I think you can get it(and order stuff) online. But even then I have loads of mates who have a card somehow so maybe ask around?

Fit is great, they are quite long and material is good and quite thick. I am 5’10 ish average chest 30" waist, I prefer loose fit and wear large all the time or medium if I need one for work or to go under a shirt. If you search for any footage I’ve posted I’ll be wearing one, it’s the only t-shirt I’ve worn for well over 10 years now!

Ah price is £22 now (£3.70 each) but still with online membership for a year it’s £6 a shirt
