Nice one, I will have a look when we’re back next week. Obviously as the name suggests I’m a short-arse so may prove too long (need a large for my ever increasing middle-age belly), but at that price it’s well worth a punt.
Been rocking the AS Staple for a fair few years but they are maybe twice the price at best…
Me and my boys have been to the skatepark over the holiday with their scooters but out of nowhere, middle one wanted to learn to skateboard so had a go and was hooked. That night he designed his own deck and we drew it up and I printed it yesterday onto a 7.5 deck I had in the loft from somewhere. I have a couple of spare setups so can make him a full one up. He’s gonna be stoked.
Keep shape well, nice cut, thicker material than Uniqlo and longer length. I seem to remember Uniqlo ts being ok, but not something I’d be comfy skating in. These things are so cheap you can roll around in mud and throw it away and not be precious about it.
For someone who doesn’t skate anymore, I guess I don’t really have that problem. Thank you very much for the recommendation though. If my uniqlos fail me, Kirkland it is!
For the last 35 years of my life I’ve pretty much worn skate tshirts. I used to have travel bag loads and recently I made a good cull to get down to about 20 odd. I must say some of the longest lasting are Coda Skateboards at about 15 years and Polar’s OGs although the Polar gets real stinky if I start to sweat. The problem I’m finding is that skate tees vary so wildly in quality and fit, hence the switch to plain tees.
