Just get a cheap secondhand point and shot off of eBay or marketplace.

Kids cameras are just awful, my step son got one from his dad when he was a similar age and the photos were total shit, so he used it for a grand total of 3 minutes and then it became e waste.

I bet you could pick up a pretty cool photo printer with the money you’d save over going for something for kids targeted at adults without a clue.

Yeah I think this is solid advice.

Checked the other two mentioned and they looked good but i think I may as well get him something good.

I’ll see what I can find. Something to not too heavy I guess!

My daughter’s got an old iPod for taking photos. It’s a camera and also her personal stereo.

Or get him a a kids Polaroid camera and be financially crippled by the cost of the film like we’ve been.

Now it only gets refilled at Christmas or when grandparents are over

We did the same, never bought more film but honestly it was kind of worth it for the few really cute photos she took with it when it was new.

If my youngest gets hold of my phone, the reel is full of 59 photos of up her nose or her feet. Fuck buying something that actually uses film.

We borrowed an instax camera off of my niece for my wedding reception for guests to do dumb selfies when signing the guestbook.

We bought film in bulk off Amazon and ended up with much more than we needed. When we returned the camera, we gave all the extra film (something like 60 shots worth), my niece could barely contain her excitement/confusion at actually being able to print things again after that initial day of use when she got it.

This is a massive restraint for advertisers from last year when they started in September!

Shops can fuck off though! Walking through a confusing mix of Halloween, Bonfire night and Christmas decoration’s all in one aisle.

Maybe I just hadn’t noticed or been listening in the right (wrong) places.

100% agreed.

I haven’t seen any christmas adverts yet but the gloves usually come well and truly off on the 6th of November.

Pointless: Watched a documentary hosted by a celebrity doctor on channel 5 about the gunpowder plot yesterday. Actually really good.

i heard Last Christmas playing in the shopping centre on Saturday. definitely not the one

Think I have it after the first question!

Nope, I guessed the person mentioned in the last clue!

Gary Rogers still foraging for podcast scraps…

So, what happened to Gary Rodgers (sp?)?
Last I saw of him he did that weird diss video against Gifted Hater then stopped skateline and the X games. I even get the impression people have got tired of him emceeing events…
