I copied Gordon Ramsays technique so assumed it’d be fine but will definitely try it without the pepper on first.
My two school aged children attend different primary schools. Just got emails from both of them about an outbreak of head lice.

Had a shift around in our daughters room. Had to pull off one of those sticky back velcro hooks to fit her bed in and took all tge paint off with it.

tbh I’ve had those and they’ve been fine, as long as you pull the tabs downwards, parallel with the wall.

Sort of pointless but probably more contest thread…anyone here going to Ramp 1 for the nationals this weekend/Sunday?
Thinking of popping up however I’m a erring a bit more on the side of actually going skating rather than watching people skating and getting blue balls from not being allowed to skate. But my daughter seems keen on coming and it might spark her interest again.
Maybe sleep on it. Tempted with Rollersnakes for a Skate sat afternoon then Polar vid. Which means can do Sunday at R1. Heavy.

Would love to skate snakes on Saturday but my sister is in town. Would have been keen for Warrington too but my wife has a half marathon at Alton towers. So i need to go on rides. And support her. In that order.

Haha, sounds alright. Went AT at the end of August, first time ever I got VFM as lizzy over 140cm lol. Smiler left her a little shook
