Does anyone know why my YouTube embeds aren’t working? They used to show up fine when I paste the URL in.

Something funky up with the embedding yeah, it’s hit and miss, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Not sure why. I’ll have another look into it, the devs for the forum software are aware

I found that two Wheat(a) Biscuits looks a LOT less satisfactory than my estimated suggested serving of Shreddies.

Just my opinion but you’d be better off eating porridge oats instead of cereal. You’ll feel fuller longer as they digest slower, have a lower glycemic index, aren’t highly processed, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, are better for your heart, the list goes on. Get the chunky ones mind, not Ready Brek or the microwave sachets. Add actual fresh blueberries or apples or whatever if you fancy - you can get bags of frozen berries and chuck some of those in, maybe a blob of real Greek yoghurt, (not Greek style) adds protein, you see. Works for me.

The gold standard of breakfasts for me was those honey nut mini shredded wheat, they were so fucking good.

But I also agree with @Scurbrampwoody used to make that with wife, loads of fresh fruit whacked in and it would keep you full for ages

Get some Reeses Puffs best cereal in the world and fuck the recommended portion just fill the bowl as much as you want it doesn’t matter.

Barratt’s Flumps cereal is my current fave, it’s like a Lidl version of Lucky Charms. I like to fill a big bowl and eat it dry, with my fingers, while watching crap on the laptop late at night.

On an unrelated note, I got a text from my GP this morning saying I’m overdue for a general health check.

Seen it but haven’t tried it, it’s a UK cereal so I just assumed it would be lowered sugar and tasteless like Coco Pops and Weetos and stuff is now.

I really like the new Jordan’s ‘Popped’ ceral, it’s banging.

If the bumf on the box is to be believed, it is lowered sugar and wholegrain packed with vitamins etc etc, but honestly it still tastes like it would send a child hyper, it’s good stuff

I’ll give it a go sounds right up my street.
