I went in one after doing half a star of death. Most stoned I’ve ever been in my life and was the last time 
£50 on some Orange chicken or honey walnut shrimp being involved.

This. 100%. I’ve been banging on about this for years.
I’ve been eating basically the same breakfast since 2002 - fruit, muesli and yoghurt
Personal breakfast (x2) over the past few month is half a defrosted overnight fruit smoothie with added banana and pears, followed by powerful coffee.
Add more defrosted frozen fruit, muesli, nuts, seeds, alt milk to the smoothie pot and put in the backpack.
Work out for a bit, then cycle to work, eat the smoothie muesli combo when I get there. No carb slump, sugar spike, mid morning hunger or anything else. Happy days.

Hard to say without knowing the vibe you are going for but I can recommend Bonehead for casual dining. Best chicken burger I have ever had, the buffalo sauce slaps and their own beer is good too. My go to on the rare occasion I do go into the city, worth checking them out on Insta and seeing if it fits the plan.
