I wish they’d remake this shoe in good colours. Had a colourway that was basically identical but navy instead of green. Such a beautiful shoe!

I had 3 pairs of this shoe - would buy more if they were around in good colourways.
I hate it when you find a pair of shoes that you love and then they stop making them after 2 years.
That’s why you need to stock up on them when you find a pair you love. I apply this logic to trousers, too.

I had some of those recently but had to give them away to someone with smaller size feet than me as they ran smaller than they previously did. I prefer G6 insoles to these tbh.
Anyone tried this before or something similar to this? And has anyone here tried straye shoes? I wanna give it a shot but most of there styles are not my taste at all, there are some that would be nice to receive but something tells me they send you the models that don’t sell, which would be the ones id probably throw away
The idea of that setup is that yes you will get what doesn’t sell normally, so likely to be stinking.
You could just buy them, pray for good luck and gift them to a homeless person if they’re stinking.

Yeah exactly what I thought too, that is very true I mean they would be skated in so I’m not too pressed on looks but that flame stuff and some weird color ways is a no go for me, on the plus side there’s a huge homeless population here in my city so maybe someone will get some flamed up wild lookin strayes
Samples can get pretty fucking wild (and mostly not in a good way)
I used to have a mate downstairs in r&d at Converse and some of the shit they used to churn out was utterly bizarre. Like massively polarised 98% shite and 2% gold. And the gold never made it to the sample sale.
So basically you are guaranteed to get end of line overstock or unsellable crap (as I don’t think you can officially sell samples due to the lower duty that is paid when it’s imported to the designers).
